Support multi-tenant SaaS applications built on modern application frameworks like Java, Tomcat/Resin, Microservices and high-transactional databases (Oracle/MySQL) in a production environment. Work with configuration management and infrastructure automation tools like Ansible, Chef or Puppet, and Terraform or CloudFormation. Support systems automation using Bash, Ruby, Python, and Ansible. Monitor and utilize application performance management tools like NewRelic, Dynatrace, PagerDuty/OpsGenie, Grafana to dig in for root cause analysis. Develop CI/CD pipelines for building, testing and deployment using Jenkins. Responsible for containerization and orchestration.
